Birria Babe is a women owned food truck/trailer bringing bold Mexican Birria to downtown Nashville! Birria is a delicious traditional Mexican meat stew that Americans are falling in love with. We offer multiple proteins for our Birria such as chicken, beef, and lamb. The red crispy Quesatacos are our top seller which are griddled until crispy then layered with melted cheese and topped with shredded meat.
