Birria Babe is a restaurant that started as a women owned food truck created by Chef Nadine Moore. After 3 years on the truck she grew into a brick and mortar restaurant location inside Cyanide Cider! Birria Babe was created to bringing bold Southern Mexico inspired Birria to downtown Nashville! Birria is a delicious traditional Mexican celebration stew that we make with LOVE. We offer multiple proteins for our Birria such as chicken, beef, and lamb. The red crispy Quesatacos are our top seller served on local tortillas griddled until crispy then layered with melted cheese and topped with juicy shredded meat.
