Birria Babe is a women owned food truck created by Chef Nadine Moore. After 3 years on the truck she grown into a brick and mortar restaurant location inside Cyanide Cider! Birria Babe was created to bringing bold Southern Mexico inspired Birria to downtown Nashville! Birria is a delicious traditional Mexican celebration stew that Americans are falling in love with. We offer multiple proteins for our Birria such as chicken, beef, and lamb. The red crispy Quesatacos are our top seller served on local tortillas griddled until crispy then layered with melted cheese and topped with shredded meat.
